KMS is a full-service firm working exclusively through its Registered Representative investment professionals. Commissions charged on securities trades in your brokerage account are negotiable with your Representative subject to certain minimum and maximum levels set by KMS.
For accounts being handled on an advisory fee basis, trades are typically charged the minimum applicable transaction charge for that type of security (stock, bond, mutual fund, option, etc.) Or transaction charges may be covered under an all-inclusive “wrap fee.”
Your Representative can clarify the approach that will apply to your account(s).
Mutual Fund Sales Charges
Mutual fund sales charges vary and are detailed in the fund’s prospectus. Purchase of “no-load” funds may involve a flat transaction charge. However, more than 1,000 mutual funds are offered on a “no transaction fee” basis subject to minimum purchase and holding period requirements. Please ask your KMS Representative for details.
Account Service Fees
In addition to commissions on trades in your brokerage account, the following charges may be incurred in the course of KMS processing and maintaining your securities holdings and providing requested services.
